Innovating with popular culture, digital and visual rhetorics is paramount to shaping the writing skills and experience of twenty-first-writers in and beyond the classroom.
My pedagogy blends pop culture, art and design, with composition skills in analyzing and composing an array of texts. My experience ranges from reading and writing basic skills to advanced composition and rhetorical theory courses.
You can find my discussion about these concepts available for download via The Write Mode Podcast: a writing and multimodal podcast addressing first-year college composition.
